Direct enquiries

If you contact Dazz Media Studio by WhatsApp, email or phone, the information you choose to provide is processed through that service and used to respond to your enquiry, discuss the project and maintain reasonable business records.

Project form

The form uses the details you enter to prepare a WhatsApp message or email. Nothing is delivered to Dazz Media Studio until you press Send in the chosen app. Copy brief writes the prepared text to your device clipboard only when you request it. The website does not save your brief in browser storage. Your communication provider processes the message under its own terms.

Analytics choices

The site uses Google Analytics only after you select “Accept all” or enable analytics in Manage preferences. It helps us understand page visits and selected interactions such as portfolio views, starting a brief and requests to open WhatsApp or email. Google may process browser, device and approximate-location information and may set first-party analytics cookies after acceptance. Custom analytics events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, investment-range text or project-brief text. A handoff event records a request to open an app, not proof that a message was sent.

If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser as dazz.analytics.consent.v1 so the site can remember it. This local-storage preference is necessary to honour your choice; it is not used for advertising. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change or withdraw that choice at any time; the new choice applies to future collection on this browser. Withdrawing consent does not erase data already collected.

Google Analytics event data is currently retained for 2 months and user data for 14 months. Previously collected information remains subject to those settings and Google’s deletion processes.

Video and hosting

Muted preview clips are served by this website. Full campaign videos connect to Vimeo when you choose to play them; the player is requested with Vimeo’s do-not-track option. Vimeo processes the playback request under its own privacy terms. The site is hosted through Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

Retention and sharing

Enquiry information is kept only as reasonably needed for communication, quoting, delivery and ordinary business records. It is not sold. Service providers may process information when they operate communication, hosting or analytics tools used by the site.

Your choices

You can avoid the project form and contact the studio directly. You may also ask about the information held in relation to your enquiry, or request correction or deletion where applicable.
